What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead cross-functional teams to operational excellence
• Set and implement strategy for scalable growth
• Oversee compliance, quality, and performance across the board
• Act as a key liaison with senior clients and industry partners
What We’re Looking For:
• Senior leadership experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Industry knowledge of Packaging Aerospace, Automotive, or Energy (preferable)
• Experience in anti corrosion packaging or bespoke packaging solutions
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven track record of transformation and performance improvement
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as required
