Early Years Manager - PATA @ Earlybirds, Cinderford

We’re recruiting a Manager for PATA @ Earlybirds in Cinderford. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our newest setting, developing a thriving team and helping more children access outstanding affordable early years experiences.
As Manager, you will play a key role in building strong foundations for children to succeed in life, driving quality, supporting staff development, and creating an environment where children can flourish.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about delivering exceptional early years education and care
An enthusiastic and positive leader who can motivate and inspire others
Creative, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
Ready to take both themselves and their team to the next level
You will need:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working at Level 3 or above within an Early Years setting
Current Child Protection/Safeguarding and preferably Paediatric First Aid certificates
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A commitment to high-quality childcare and positive outcomes for every child.
Experience of working with partnership agencies and supporting children who are vulnerable or have additional needs would be advantageous.
