Due to an increase in children registering, we are looking for a Full Time Level 3 Baby Room Leader to join our busy and vibrant nursery.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Baby Room Leader to join our team at Little Lambs Longlevens. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in managing daily operations of the baby room
- Support and supervise children in various activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Help create and implement educational programs and activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Drive initiatives to enhance the learning experience for children
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment
- Knowledge of nursery or childcare best practices
- Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience
