Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester
Job type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:15am – 16:45pm
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a hands-on warehouse professional looking to step into a leadership role.
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy, multi-site operation distributing worldwide.
The role:
Working closely with Warehouse Manager to oversee stock control, store replenishment and online order fulfillment across three Gloucester sites
Overseeing stock movement, order picking and packing processes
Using ERP system to manage inventory and performance data
Monitoring KPI’s and maintaining SOP compliance
Supervising and supporting team members
Upholding quality control standards across all sites
Safely operating warehouse machinery when required
About you:
Experience in warehouse or stock management
Confident using ERP and pick/pack systems
Competent with Microsoft Office
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and time management
Able to work independently and adapt between sites
