Are you a building services mechanical project manager/contract manager seeking to join a rapidly growing company?
Due to business expansion, we are looking to recruit a Mechanical Contract Manager to join the team, this would also suit a senior mechanical project manager looking to step up. This business work predominantly across the retail, office and commercial space.
The role:
- Lead and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
The person:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the building services industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
