Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temp-Perm
Working Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for production and team management? Interaction recruitment is working with a well-established, successful company to find a proactive and dedicated Production Team Leader for their early. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to motivate a skilled warehouse team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, support, and energize a warehouse team to achieve daily production targets
- Plan daily job schedules and efficiently allocate labor resources
- Ensure materials are prepared, processed, and dispatched according to customer specifications
- Use our internal ERP system to accurately record and manage stock movements
- Promote a safe, clean, and positive working environment in line with health and safety standards
- Train and mentor team members on production best practices and safety protocols
- Inspect finished products for quality, non-conformance, and proper material condition
- Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain smooth workflow
- Keep precise records of stock levels and team activities

Who We re Looking For:

- Minimum of 2 years experience leading a warehouse or production team
- Strong communication and leadership skills, both on the floor and in reporting
- Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (e.g. 5S, Waste Reduction, Visual Management)
- Experience with production planning, staff training, and ERP systems
- Confident and safe in the handling of goods, including forklift operation (FLT)
- ILM Level 2 Leadership qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
