Warehouse Operative / Team Leader Forklift Driver 3PL Logistics Swindon

• Location: Swindon, Gloucestershire
• Pay Rate: 14.30 per hour
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

A leading 3PL logistics and distribution company is recruiting a Warehouse Operative / Team Leader with forklift experience to join its warehouse team in Swindon.

Duties Include:

• Warehouse operations including goods in / goods out

• Order checking, picking, and dispatch

• Completion of warehouse documentation

• Performing quality control (QC) checks

• Maintaining health & safety standards

• Reporting damaged or non-conforming goods

• Operating MHE / forklift trucks

• Supporting warehouse team leadership

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance or Flexi)

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution

• Knowledge of H&S and safe systems of work

• Experience using warehouse systems / WMS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
