Chilled Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Hours: Minimum 37.5 per week, 5 days over 7 on a rotating shift pattern (various start times from 06:00
This role is being offered on a Temp to Perm basis
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chilled Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy, fast-paced chilled warehouse operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with warehouse, FMCG, food manufacturing, or chilled logistics experience who thrives in a temperature-controlled environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives
Manage stock movements, picking, packing, and dispatch of chilled products
Ensure safe loading/unloading and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Provide coaching and training to team members
Cover for the Warehouse Supervisor when required
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a busy warehouse, ideally food/FMCG/chilled logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Flexible and able to work early starts from 06:00
Knowledge of safe working practices and attention to detail
Counterbalance Forklift or PPT licence advantageous (training available)
