We're recruiting a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to join a well-established, business in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead site engineering operations, drive reliability improvements, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

£60,000 - £65,000 salary (DOE)
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

* Leading and developing the maintenance team
* Driving preventative and planned maintenance programmes
* Reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
* Managing maintenance budgets and contractors
* Supporting continuous improvement projects across the site
* Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained

What We're Looking For

* Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
* Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing or production
* Excellent problem-solving and people management skills
* Experience with budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
* AutoCAD experience desirable
