We are recruiting for our client a leading manufacturer of high-performance textiles for the tennis industry, supplying global brands with innovative materials used in apparel, nets, and surfaces. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspection Operative to join our Quality Control team and ensure every product leaving our facility meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual and physical inspections of finished textile products to ensure they meet customer and internal quality specifications.
  • Identify and record defects such as weaving faults, dye inconsistencies, or dimensional inaccuracies.
  • Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Work closely with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Operate inspection equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area in line with health and safety standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in textile or fabric inspection is desirable but not essential, though full training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Physically fit, as some standing and manual handling is required.
