Location: Gloucester
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: 25,500 - 26,000
Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our vibrant team in Gloucester! Must have a good eye for detail and good hand dexterity as some of the processes require a good steady hand and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating build packs.

- Finishing Products that have been manufactured using a range of small hand tools.

- Ability to readn and understand work sheets and engineering drawings

- Have used measuring equipment such as Vernier

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with us. If you have:

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and good hand dexterity,
• Comfortable working with some fiddly parts.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and organised workspace
