Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Operative:
- Working on a fast-paced manufacturing line
- Achieving daily production schedules and performance targets
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Using ERP systems to support production and stock accuracy
Skills required as a Manufacturing Operative:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, proactive, and energetic approach
- Motivated, flexible, and a strong team player
The details:
Salary: £12.21 - £13 p/h
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:45am 3:00pm
Location: Bourton-on-the-Water
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
