Due to continued growth, my client are looking for a production operative to join the team at their state of the art facility in Gloucester. The successful applicant will be joining and experienced and passionate manufacturing team and will gain exposure to a range of techniques and processes. In this varied role you will be responsible for equipment & machinery operation, basic maintenance tasks, material handling, materials preparation, process improvements and a range of other tasks. You will gain access to company & product training provided by both the internal team and the wider parent company.

You will be joining a company gaining a lot of knowledge, time and investment from a wider group to aid their expansion. The business have very unique methods and services and use cutting edge development, science and technology to manufacture and test bespoke products to a range of customers within the marine & defence sectors.

The Role:
A variety of responsibilities including materials handling, machinery operation & maintenance.
Access to excellent training and new manufacturing techniques
Working closely with the production manager

The Candidate:
Able to pass SC Clearance
Experience within a production or manufacturing environment
Keen to enhance your skillset
Able to complete manual handling tasks
