Production Operator

Atlas Aluminium now have some great opportunities to join our team as Production Operator on either a 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday shift or 11pm to 7am, Sunday to Thursday shift.

Production Operators play a critical role in the fabrication/manufacturing process by operating machinery and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient production of high-quality, bespoke products within agreed timeframes.

This includes adhering to production targets, maintaining a 'right first-time' approach, and fostering a safe, efficient, and cost-effective production environment.

Key Duties: 

• Set up and operate machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Perform assembly, cutting, welding, or other fabrication tasks as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Collaborate within the Production team with a ‘right first-time’ attitude, to ensure we meet customer orders on time, in full, while keeping wastage to a minimum
