Personal & Executive Assistant
Cam Gloucester
4–8 hours per week to start | £15–£18 per hour | Flexible
Are you the person who naturally thinks, "I'll sort it"?
I'm looking for a highly organised, proactive and trustworthy Personal & Executive Assistant to help me tame the wonderfully varied collection of things that make up my working and personal life.
I run and advise several businesses, alongside coaching, training, travel & family life.
What might you be doing?
One day you could be:
- ? Arranging appointments and managing diary details
- ? Organising cleaners, gardeners, tradespeople and household jobs
- ✈️ Researching a trip and putting together an itinerary
- ? Sorting returns or getting something posted
- ? Dealing with routine admin and follow-ups
- ? Chasing something I've forgotten to chase
- ?️ Organising information or documents
- ☕ Helping with the occasional business task or project
The variety is part of the fun.
What I'm looking for:
You don't need to have been a PA before.
I'm looking for someone who is:
- Proactive rather than waiting to be told every step
- Organised and reliable
- Resourceful and good at finding solutions
- Comfortable juggling different types of tasks
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Confident using email, calendars and everyday online systems
- Someone who finishes things
- Comfortable saying, "Leave that with me."
The idea is that we start small, you learn how I work, and as trust develops, you gradually take ownership of more.
What I can offer
This is a genuinely varied and flexible role, working directly with me.
Initially 4–8 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase over time if it works well for both of us.
£15–£18 per hour depending on experience.
Some work can be done remotely, although being local and having access to reliable transport would be useful for occasional errands and household tasks.
The real purpose of the role
I'm not looking for someone to simply complete a list of jobs. I want someone who can give me back some headspace.
My time is increasingly valuable, and I want to spend it building businesses, creating new training programmes, working with clients and having the occasional afternoon sitting in the garden with a coffee thinking about what's next.
Your job is to help make the little things disappear.
If you're someone who enjoys organising, solving, taking ownership and making another person's life noticeably easier, I'd love to hear from you.
Interested?
Send me a CV or a few paragraphs about yourself, including why this role caught your eye and an example of something you've taken ownership of and simply got sorted, by clicking on Apply Now.
I'd much rather find the right person than someone with the perfect CV.
Salary: £15 to £18 ph
Hours Per Week: 6
