Catering Manager (Part-Time)

Trinity Cheltenham is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Manager to lead our catering provision and support our mission of serving the community through generous hospitality.
This varied role combines hands-on catering, volunteer leadership, food safety management, and community partnership development. You'll oversee catering for church groups and events, outreach initiatives, and maintain high food hygiene standards, manage budgets and supplies, recruit and support volunteers, and help develop relationships with local organisations and food providers.
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years' experience in a catering or commercial kitchen environment
- A Level 3 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience leading teams or volunteers
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality, food service, and community outreach
