About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Junior Fulfilment & Administrative Support Assistant to support day-to-day operations across fulfilment, administration, and general office tasks. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, multitasking, and being the go-to support person in a small, busy team.
This position would suit an entry-level candidate or someone looking to build experience across operations, logistics, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfilment & Operations Support
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and deliveries
• Print labels, invoices, and shipping documentation
• Coordinate with couriers and suppliers as required
• Keep the fulfilment area clean, organised, and efficient
• Maintain high standards in packaging and presentation of products.
General Office Support
• General office administration
• Support team members with ad-hoc tasks
• Assist with office organisation and supplies
• Act as a general support person across the business as required
Skills & Attributes
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
Experience & Qualifications
• Previous admin, retail, warehouse, or office experience is desirable but not essential
• Full training provided
• Suitable for school leavers, graduates, or career starters
