Part Time Post-Completion Administrator

Our excellent client in the heart of Cheltenham is looking for an Office Support to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. You will be working for a well-established and reputable local business that truly values and encourages its employees.

It is essential for this individual to have post-completion knowledge in order to be considered on a part time basis.
Key duties
- Help prepare Companies House registration applications
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns (Stamp Duty Land Tax/Land Transaction Tax)
- Support with Land Registry applications
- Handle Land Registry requests (alongside fee earners)
- Organise hard copy and electronic documents
- Update lender clients on post-completion progress and queries
- Maintain the post-completion spreadsheet and update fee earners as needed
- Provide administrative support for post-completion work
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Hours: 3-4 days per week between Monday – Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum pro rata + benefits including:

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum pro rata
Hours Per Week: 3-4 days per week between Monday – Friday
