Job Outline
Office based IFA Part Time Administrator – 15/20 hours per week: for the right person School hours could be considered.
Job Description
To provide efficient IFA client administration support for our existing clients as a member of the Practice’s admin team.
Responsibilities
The role will include but will not be limited to:
• Updating and maintaining client databases and registers including document scanning
• Liaising with providers and clients
• Data extraction
• Data presentation
• Client report facilitation including illustrations
• General ‘touch point’ client marketing
• Other general administration duties
Skills and Experience Required
• Current or very recent IFA administration experience preferred however training will be given
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills with a keen eye for detail
• A good level of comprehension
• An ability to construct specific letters and reports
• Good IT skills including data input and a working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Being able to work both independently and as part of a team
• An ability to prioritise and ask for help if required
• Good telephone manner
• An openness to be flexible within the role

• Pro rata 22 days (excluding bank holidays) annual leave
• Flexible hours including School hours can be considered for the right candidate
• For the right candidate exam support will be considered
