Accounts Assistant (Self Employed)

Must have’s

• AAT Level 2 qualification or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience using Payfit and Microsoft Excel/Office Suite
• Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing payroll, accounts payable and credit control
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Self-employed/freelance status

Nice to have’s

• SAP experience
• Experience supporting month-end processes
• Previous experience in a fast-paced finance environment

So, what will you be doing?

• Supporting the Finance Officer with day-to-day finance activities
• Processing payroll accurately and efficiently
• Managing accounts payable and cash allocation
• Handling credit control activities
• Providing additional support during month-end processes
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with general finance administration as required
