Must have’s

Aged 18 or over

• Strong customer service skills
• Confidence handling cash and completing end-of-day cashing up
• Ability to attend mandatory training sessions
• Enthusiastic and professional approach
• Nice to have’s
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Comfort interacting with customers in busy public settings

So, what will you be doing?

• Taking bets from customers using betting tablets (full training provided)
• Working at fixed betting points or engaging directly with customers in hospitality areas
• Paying out winnings to customers with valid tickets
• Delivering excellent customer service to racegoers
• Explaining different bet types to customers when required
• Handling cash accurately throughout the day and cashing up at the end of each race day

Mandatory training dates must be attended:
11th February 2026 or 12th February 2026
