Part Time Customer Service Representative

Our client, a growing business within the retail industry, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis, working Monday, Thursday and Friday, due to business growth. * The successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
* Previous retail or customer service experience
* Previous experience using a customer service or CRM platform is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills across phone, email, and live chat

In this role, the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

* Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner
* Using the company's customer service platform to manage and update customer enquiries
* Providing advice on orders, product availability, and bespoke options
* Chasing suppliers and updating customers on order progress and delivery times
* Managing customer complaints professionally and efficiently
* Supporting sales opportunities and carrying out general administrative duties

Our client is offering the successful Customer Service Advisor a salary of £12.71 per hour, working Monday, Thursday and Friday, plus benefits including company pension, employee discount, company events, onsite parking, and annual leave.
