Must have’s

• Previous customer service experience
• GCSEs, A Levels or equivalent qualifications

• Speaking with customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties
• Understanding individual circumstances through effective questioning and active listening
• Agreeing fair and sustainable repayment solutions on behalf of clients
• Maintaining accurate and detailed call notes
• Delivering excellent customer service while balancing client requirements
• Building positive relationships with customers through supportive and professional conversations
• Working as part of a collaborative team to achieve service and performance objectives
