Must have’s

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Proactive, customer-first mindset

Nice to have’s

• Experience using Xero
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Exposure to logistics, delivery booking or order fulfilment
• Experience within a product-based or distribution environment

So, what will you be doing?

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, transport and warehouse teams
• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries and orders
• Handling customer queries, complaints and enquiries
• Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service
• Processing customer orders and supporting administration tasks
• Creating invoices and managing orders using internal systems
• Producing Excel files for warehouse picking
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions
• Supporting sales through upselling where appropriate
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
