We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet and exceed customer requirements. The role involves developing and maintaining strategic schedules, evolving existing schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and providing ongoing monitoring and oversight. You will critically review contractor-submitted schedules, identify critical path activities, and develop mitigation plans to reduce risks and maintain programme integrity. Close collaboration with project management, cost management, and PMO teams is essential to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations.

Key responsibilities include establishing schedule management programmes for large-scale capital projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, preparing baseline schedules and schedule basis documents, conducting resource and cost loading, and applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies to measure project progress. You will also develop 'what-if' scenarios, undertake delay analysis, and produce detailed schedule progress reports and trend analyses. Maintaining accurate records of scope changes, variances, and ensuring the credibility of schedule information is critical. The role may also involve adherence to SOX controls where applicable.

Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
Experience with Asta Powerproject
Competence in Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project controls
Ability to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Critical path analysis and risk mitigation planning
Schedule resource and cost loading expertise
Application of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience reviewing and interrogating contractor schedules
Software/Tools:
Oracle Primavera P6
Asta Powerproject
Microsoft Project
Certifications & Standards:
Relevant scheduling or project controls certifications (desirable but not mandatory)
Familiarity with contract compliance and SOX controls (where applicable)

Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 Annual + Package

Hours Per Week: Full Time
