A brilliant opportunity has opened for a Town Planner to join a growing team with an independent consultancy in the Cheltenham region.
With a mix of home working and office working my client is looking for candidates who have completed a MSc within Town Planning along with private sector and public sector experience. My client focuses on a wide range of projects from care, residential, commercial, rural and strategic land.
Your role will consist of the following:-
- Delivering an excellent service to clients
- Processing planning applications within a time frame
- Producing reports and recommendations
- Preparing evidence on appeals
- Proving support and guidance to peers and junior members of the team
- Be able to work independently with land owners, developers, listing buildings

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 Annual +
