Planning Lawyer
Gloucestershire
Vivid Resourcing are working with a shared service in the South-West of the country who need a Planning Lawyer to join their team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a caseload of:
- Section 106 obligations
- Development management matters
- Planning enforcement
- Local plans
- Community infrastructure levy
The ideal candidate will be:
- Able to attend fortnightly planning committees
- A qualified solicitor (SRA or CILEX)
Hours per week: 37
Office presence: Remote bar committees
