You'll still put your practical skills and experience to good use, helping maintain the facilities that support our students and staff every day. But you'll also benefit from being part of an established team and a more structured working environment.
Ready to explore a different way of working? We'd love to hear from you.

- Bank Holidays and College Christmas Closure in addition to your annual leave
- People's Pension, including an employer contribution of 4-5%
- A stable, professional working environment within a College setting
