Must have’s

• Strong experience in PR, either agency or in-house
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing and delivering PR strategies
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, media and stakeholders
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset

Nice to have’s

• Previous team management or leadership experience
• Experience across both B2B and B2C communications
• Experience managing crisis communications
• Degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field

So, what will you be doing?
Strategy & Client Management

• Developing and delivering PR strategies aligned with client objectives
• Managing media relationships and securing high-quality coverage opportunities
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business activity
• Leading crisis communication planning and execution when required

Content & Campaign Delivery

• Overseeing the creation of press releases, speeches, presentations and other PR materials
• Ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and meet client expectations
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and results

Team Leadership

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of PR professionals
• Providing coaching, development and performance support
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
