We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Partner (HLTP) to join our committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated practitioner who can inspire pupils, support teachers, and lead learning across the school.

About the Role

As a Higher-Level Teaching Partner, you will:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum.
• Support teaching and learning in classrooms, including whole-class cover.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to raise attainment and progress.
• Provide targeted intervention and support for individuals and small groups.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and enrichment activities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience).
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to supporting pupils’ learning.
• Is confident in leading learning independently.
• Shares our commitment to inclusion, equality, and the highest standards for all pupils.

October 2023 – Rated GOOD by Ofsted

Salary Scale: Grade 7 Pt 21-24 £33, 143 - £35,412 FTE per annum, pro rata

Working Time: The role will be 17.5 hours over three days.

Interviews: Wednesday 3rd December 2025
Start Date: Monday 5th January
