Class People are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Learning Partners to support schools across Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas.

We’re working with a number of welcoming primary and secondary schools looking for supportive individuals who can help pupils feel confident, engaged, and supported throughout the school day. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants a role where every day is different.

Whether you already have classroom experience or are looking to build a career within education, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

As a Learning Partner, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils both inside and outside of the classroom. The role may involve:

Supporting individuals or small groups with learning activities
Helping pupils stay focused and engaged during lessons
Providing classroom support across a range of subjects and year groups
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required

This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, patient, and confident working within a busy school environment.

What We’re Looking For:


Experience working with children or young people is desirable
A calm, positive, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in education and supporting pupil development
Relevant qualifications are helpful but not essential

Salary: £100.00- £120.00
