Sustainability Project Assistant

Spring Environmental is a young, growing environment and sustainability consultancy whose mission is to deliver innovative carbon and environmental reduction projects. We work with blue chip companies with global reach to local small medium-sized businesses and public sector organisations. We have active engagement in sustainability with the telecommunications industry. This has led to clients winning national awards and being rated in the top 10 for sustainability globally.
This job role is best suited to those with project administrative experience or a second job after University. The ability to undertake analysis, report writing and liaise with clients is a critical part of the role.
As part of our consultancy team, you will be involved in delivering client services and associated products, thereby contributing to the growth of the business:
Services will include
- Carbon footprint data collection and calculation
- Supporting the delivery of Net Zero corporate strategies
- Maintaining environment and carbon products and services for our clients
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of as energy efficiency and renewable energy audits, energy efficiency projects implementation and ESOS compliance
- Supporting data collection and the delivery of environmental life cycle assessments
- Project management of the clients and activities assigned to you.

Supporting the wider team with administration and marketing.

- Good verbal and client engagement skills
Qualifications & Experience Skills / Knowledge
- A minimum of 1 year experience of project administration or coordination
Or
- You will either have a Bachelor’s degree – ideally in an Environmental Science, science, engineering or Maths-based subject
- Post GCSE mathematics qualification or equivalent experience
- Full driving licence
- Good customer facing skills
