The Spectroscopy Products Division is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our project management team. As a Project Coordinator you will be a key contributor to delivering new products, both hardware and software, planning marketing activities and organising local manufacturing initiatives. The role will be based at our New Mills site near Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of projects using Renishaw standard project management practices. Develop and maintain accurate project plans and documentation. Coordinate and aid the multi-disciplinary activities of teams in order to achieve project deliverables and objectives. Communicate clearly and respectfully with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives, challenges, and timescales. Apply influencing and negotiation skills in straightforward situations. Build and maintain good team dynamics. Key Requirements Develop and maintain accurate project plans and documentation Strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Full driving license Desirable Requirements Experience of project coordination and risk management Knowledge of project planning and project management techniques Experience working in a technical or engineering environment Certification in project management, e.g. APM or Prince 2 Person specification The successful applicant will be self-motivated and a natural team player.
