We are a mechanical building services company specialising in the design and installation of HVAC and public health services, working nationwide within the retail, leisure and commercial sectors

We are seeking an enthusiastic Mechanical Services Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing mechanical installations nationwide, delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget

Responsibilities:

• Client liaison
• Site surveys
• Design management
• Procurement
• Project management
• Site safety management
• Financial management

Key skills:

• A sound technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems
• Willing to travel to sites nationwide
• Computer literate
• Solid presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and people management skills
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• UK driving licence

This varied and interesting role is Office based, with site visits nationwide
