Job Description Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working 3 days / week on site (no public transport available) Renishaw are undertaking an ambitious project to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 throughout the global subsidiary network, using both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions. We are seeking an experienced Change and Adoption Lead to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployments, helping people and teams transition from legacy processes and systems to a modern, scalable CRM/ERP solution. This role is critical in enabling operational efficiency and enhancing user experience across the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to drive operational efficiency across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial processes. Responsibilities Design and own the D365 change management strategy and plan. Create a formal change management approach covering communications, change impact assessments, readiness checkpoints, phased rollouts and steering committee interactions. Support the Global Process Owners to ensure end-to-end processes are defined and adopted in a consistent and effective way across the Group. Enable change measurement and KPI reporting, by defining appropriate adoption KPIs (engagement, training completion, outcomes achieved, etc.) and monitoring leading indicators to uncover blockers and guide interventions. Use feedback from existing deployments, and from testing in ongoing deployments, to refine training and processes for future rollouts. Support regional governance, compliance and adoption needs. Develop and run role-based training and upskilling programs. Define persona-based training paths, deliver onboarding, hands-on scenario workshops and microlearning to accelerate time to proficiency, using AI tooling where appropriate to tailor and accelerate learning. Drive adoption sustainment (post-go-live) through continuous coaching, periodic refresher training and a roadmap for incremental capability adoption to sustain value. Establish and operate a super-user / champion network as a community that supports the business as a channel for structured feedback and to drive ongoing continuous improvement. Key requirements You will bring a strong mix of structured change management capability, stakeholder leadership and delivery pragmatism, including: Proven experience leading change and adoption for large-scale ERP or CRM transformations, ideally involving legacy-to-modern platform transitions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess readiness, data quality and adoption risks. Expertise in designing and delivering formal change approaches, including communications, impact assessments, training and phased rollouts. Experience defining and using adoption metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive interventions. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and working across business and technical teams. Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills, with empathy for end users and change impacts. Ability to prioritise effectively in complex, multi‑region delivery environments. Desirable requirement Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and common migration patterns. Basic platform, integration and data governance literacy. Experience supporting pilots, proofs of concept or incremental rollout approaches. Financial or FinOps awareness, and interest in AI or automation-enabled change.
