Job Description Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience Location Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire Hybrid working 3days/week onsite (please note, no public transport available) Renishaw is embarking on a major global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our subsidiary network, covering both Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end D365 implementations, guiding the transition from legacy systems to a modern, scalable CRM/ERP platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that enhance efficiency across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle for D365 deployment projects, ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Take overall accountability for project scope, timelines, budget, quality, risks, and resources. Provide clear leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams. Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, forecast performance, and manage deviations. Oversee change control and escalate risks appropriately. Act as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively with global, multi‑disciplinary teams. Guide and review project proposals. Conduct post‑implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and processes. Support the development of PMO practices, mentoring and coaching junior team members. Skills & Qualifications Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end D365 or equivalent ERP implementations. Experience with phased rollout planning and managing cross‑functional dependencies. Project Management qualification or equivalent experience. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Proactive approach with excellent time‑management capabilities. Able to collaborate effectively with both local and global teams. Ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and resolve conflicts. Desirable Strong understanding of D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) and their integration points. Knowledge of localisation requirements, including statutory, tax, and compliance considerations. Experience in data migration, change management, and user‑training activities. Advanced risk‑management capabilities, particularly for global programmes. Familiarity with governance frameworks for large‑scale ERP deployments.
