About the job

The charity is recruiting for an individual to support the management of its facilities, buildings and grounds.  This is a hands-on roll requiring practical work, assisting on-site contractors, carrying out audits and risk assessments in line with company policy.

About you

The successful applicant will have good general maintenance skills. You will be a team-orientated person, flexible and adaptable to change, enthusiastic to be involved in the facilities management for a compact high quality medical establishment. You will enjoy a challenge and have pride in the presentation of your work in maintaining a safe and pleasing environment of buildings and grounds for the benefit of patients, staff and visitors to Cobalt.
