Curb Properties are a Cheltenham based company with a portfolio of over 50 properties and growing fast!
Our portfolio is a mix of long term tenants in HMO houses and furnished apartments in and around the centre of Cheltenham.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience with dealing potential tenants and conducting viewings along with the administration experience that comes with a role of looking after a property portfolio. Please be computer literate, willing to be part of a great team of people and have a can do attitude.
Part-time / Flexible Hours possibly leading to full time.
No weekends.
