Must have’s

• Property management, lettings, maintenance coordination, or property industry experience
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, calm, and client-focused approach
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

Nice to have’s

• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of residential property compliance and tenancy legislation
• Experience using property management software

So, what will you be doing?

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties with full ownership and accountability
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, building strong relationships
• Handling day-to-day tenancy management and maintenance issues efficiently
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely resolutions
• Conducting property inspections and producing accurate reports
• Ensuring properties meet compliance and safety regulations
• Managing check-outs and negotiating deposit returns fairly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records using property management systems
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
