Experienced Sales Associate

Location: Cheltenham Town Centre

We are seeking a polished experienced Sales Associate to join our busy and successful Cheltenham town centre office. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills and enjoy genuine career progression with a respected and established industry leader.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling enquiries from buyers and sellers, matching applicants to suitable properties, preparing market appraisals, qualifying clients and identifying their needs. You will also use your business development techniques for marketing and winning new instructions.

A typical day will include team meetings, arranging and conducting property viewings, preparing for market appraisals and instruction appointments, managing existing client properties, actively seeking new clients and supporting colleagues with sales progression. This role is ideal for someone energetic, extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator, ready to join a market-leading team with high ambitions.
