Our small and friendly client, who have years of professional experience within their sector, has a brand-new opportunity for a career driven individual to join their small, friendly and hardworking team on a full time, permanent basis from their stylish office based in Evesham.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within property and have a genuine interest in helping others and delivering outstanding customer service!

Responsibilities:
-Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, providing honest and transparent advice
-Arrange and conduct property viewings
-Prepare detailed sales particulars, and oversee the sales process from start to finish
-Listen to the potential buyers’ requirements and what the best-suited property is for them
-Manage the sales process, ensuring smooth progression from offer to completion
-Liaise with customers to answer any queries
-Assist with marketing efforts to showcase our properties

Candidate Attributes:
-Full UK driving licence is essential 
-Previous experience within the property industry
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Professional and highly motivated
-Able to work closely with a team to drive success and innovation

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary: Basic salary of £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + free parking
