Im looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to join my clients growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong client relationships, and are passionate about delivering exceptional property management services, I'd love to hear from you.

As the main point of contact for clients, freeholders, leaseholders, and residents, you'll manage a portfolio of residential (and potentially mixed-use) properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards while delivering outstanding customer service.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing Your Portfolio - Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and mixed-use developments.
  • Property Inspections - Carry out regular site inspections, identify maintenance requirements, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Financial Management - Prepare and manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and oversee client accounts.
  • Insurance Administration - Arrange and manage Buildings and Directors' & Officers' insurance policies.
  • Meetings & Client Engagement - Organise and attend AGMs, EGMs, Directors' meetings, and Residents' meetings, building positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lease Compliance - Monitor compliance with lease terms and manage breaches professionally and effectively.
  • Contractor Management - Appoint, instruct, and oversee contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard.
  • Property Sales & Assignments - Manage licence to assign applications and lease assignments.
  • Problem Solving - Investigate, manage, and resolve complaints promptly, delivering excellent customer service throughout.
  • General Administration - Maintain accurate records and manage correspondence efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • ATPI Level 3 Qualification (essential)

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Annual + + £3,600 car allowance / Hybrid work

Hours Per Week: Full Time
