This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading practice and play a key role in the continued growth of its Residential Property team.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will lead and grow a residential property team in Cheltenham. T Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership, leasehold, and listed properties. Manage client matters from instruction through to exchange, completion, and post-completion registration. Provide proactive, commercial legal advice and maintain strong client relationships. Support and mentor other team members as required. Contribute to business development and local market initiatives. Keep up to date with developments in residential property law.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 8+ years PQE in residential property law. Strong presence and professional network in the local area. Excellent technical knowledge, drafting skills, and commercial awareness. Collaborative, proactive, and organised, with attention to detail.
