Lettings Negotiator – minimum of 25 hours per week

This is an opportunity to join a successful and award-winning Estate Agent based in Hucclecote. We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in our busy Hucclecote office.

The role will be varied and involve:

• Registering tenants and identifying properties that meet their needs
• Accompanying tenants on viewings
• Running references and right to rent checks
• Speaking to existing clients and managing their needs, whilst delivering the highest level of
• customer service

Other associated administration duties

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, well-presented individual who also has excellent
communication skills.

Previous experience is not necessary, as the job could be a trainee role if required.

Essential skills required:

• IT literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• The willingness to deliver excellent customer service
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Use of your own car with a full current driving licence
