Responsibilities:
-Taking ownership of a property portfolio, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day
-Proactively handling maintenance issues from initial report to successful resolution, keeping all parties informed along the way
-Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, acting as a trusted point of contact
-Monitoring rent payments, confidently managing arrears
-Carrying out regular property visits and inspections
-Overseeing check-outs and producing clear, detailed reports
-Negotiating deposit returns and resolving any disputes with professionalism and fairness
Candidate Attributes:
-Proven experience within property management or lettings, with a solid understanding of the role
-A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
-Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
-A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently
-Comfortable working with a wide range of people
-Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Salary: Up to £30,500 per annum depending on experience
