Curb Properties are a very successful & rapidly expanding property business based in Cheltenham. Due to expansion, we are in need of a bright and enthusiastic individual looking to join this very busy and proactive company.
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking team player to come and join us on a full or part-time basis.
This very busy and varied role will be assisting in the management of a large property portfolio, conducting property viewings, following up sales leads, carrying out inspections and all associated administration. No day will ever be the same in this interesting and varied role.
Strong communication skills, good IT skills and a driving licence are a must.
Previous Letting or Estate Agent experience would be an advantage.
