Quality Inspector

Position: Quality Inspector
Location: Cinderford
Pay rate: £29120 to £31200
Type of position: Parament
Working hours: 40 Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 05:00 pm and on Fridays 8:00 to 3:30 pm
We are now seeking to recruit a Quality Inspector to join material handling manufacturing company based in Cinderford The appropriate quality inspector will be responsible for carrying out in process and final inspection of aviation refueller components and general materials handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out in-process and final inspections of fabricated and manufactured components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Inspect dimensions, tolerances, and product conformity using a range of precision measuring equipment.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation in line with company procedures.
* Identify, investigate, and report non-conformances.
* Ensure products meet customer, company and regulatory requirements before they leave the site
Requirements:
* Proven experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Experienced in the use of inspection and measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometres.
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
