Job Title: Quality Control Professional

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring products meet both internal and external quality expectations.

We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in manufacturing and retail sectors. However, what matters most is the strength and relevance of your skill set, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

The Role As a Quality Control Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring that products and processes consistently meet established quality standards. You will be responsible for inspections, testing, reporting, and working collaboratively with other departments to maintain and improve product integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
Identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement through detailed analysis
Accurately document inspection results, test data, and quality metrics
Prepare reports to track trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
Maintain and calibrate testing and measurement equipment
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Support and train staff on quality standards and best practices to promote a culture of quality

Skills and Experience

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO standards)
Experience with statistical analysis and quality management systems/software
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
