About the role
Are you passionate about delivering high quality patient centred care in a well-equipped and established hospital. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Quality Department, for a Quality Administrator on a part- time basis working 22.5 hours per week. Tetbury Hospital is rated good by the Care Quality Commission and comprises of a well-equipped theatre and purpose-built procedure room, outpatient department, minor injuries and illness unit and X-ray department. You will be delivering exemplary administration support across the Quality Department, working with compassionate teams who are committed to our vision: Always striving to deliver clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.

Tetbury Hospital is an independent healthcare provider in the heart of the Cotswolds providing an established day surgery service to patients who choose to have their NHS or private patient care at Tetbury. The hospital is highly regarded by our visiting consulting body who provide a
wide range of specialities including ophthalmology, general and gynaecological surgery. The hospital delivers NHS and private patient services across our outpatient department and day surgery unit.

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in all Microsoft office packages
- Ability to use initiative to work independently and also work as part of a team
- Ability to take minutes confidently
- Excellent planning and organising skills, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
- A flexible approach to work, and a positive attitude
