School Receptionist

Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint a School Receptionist. The role is based at Dean Close Senior School for 36 weeks per annum.

We are seeking a professional, organised and friendly School Receptionist to join our busy school office team. This key front-facing role will act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient reception service.

The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, managing communications, maintaining accurate records and attendance data, and providing general administrative support. Strong communication skills, good IT knowledge and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential.
